Estate Soft PT killing my back and showing divets

I was so excited to splurge and purchase this mattress. It was always on my dream mattress list. In my "trial" period I thought this mattress was suiting my needs.. My back was slightly stiff but I could do as I thought I was adjusting. Around my expiration time.. My back became more and more stiff and painful.. Would wake me up in then early morning hours. I finally disrobed the bed and took a yard stick to it. Sure enough it was holding a sag around my shoulders and upper back. I called and they said submit a warranty claim... I wa denied because the sag was 1 inch not 1.5 inches.. Even though the mattress was not even 4 mo old. After I rotated mattress to get out of the hole.. And pain continues. This mattress definitely helps pressure points, I cannot complain there, but good lord my middle and lower back are killing me.. Literally wakes me up throbbing. It is just too firm. After spending 4k on this mattress I still have to add a topper I have on order. I am so very very disappointed..and am stuck. I highly suggest if you have ANY cause for concern prior to the 90 days turn it in, bc otherwise they won't help you. To stand behind a mattress that holds a 1 inch sag (at the shoulders no less.. Not the heaviest part of the hips) with no rebound at less than 4 mo old... It's really concerning. This is not a top of the line matress like it use to be.

Back pain 90% gone just from the first week of use. I used to hold my hip subconsciously at work, I haven't done that at all this month.
My spouse also said her chronic back pain is at bay.

This is our first Stearns & Foster mattress. We purchased the Lux Estate Medium Tight Top, which is a bit firmer than anticipated, however our sleep has been very restful. We have different sleep preferences including back, side and belly, but the medium firm has met all our needs for comfort and support. The tufted design in the medium firm Tight Top creates a network of 'shallow divits', which are felt when changing limb positions, but in time I am noticing them less. The motion transfer is very minimal, and their is no noticable off-gassing. Overall it is a beautifully constructed, high quality mattress, with great attention to detail. Our only negative experience was our delivery did not arrive before Christmas as anticipated, however our concerns were addressed in the end by customer service.

While I was very excited to purchase a new S&F Cassatt Luxury Plush Eurotop Mattress after it came highly recommended, I soon found that the quality and construction of this mattress were well below the quality promised and paid for and very difficult and uncomfortable to sleep on. The center of this mattress which I have owned since only 03/18/2022 is sagging and is extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and very difficult to get out of/up from. This is a mattress is one that should be strong, comfortable and provide a stable and restful night of sleep. I am extremely disappointed in this product and will never purchase another Sterns and Foster product again. I have never before had such a poor experience with a mattress and am now forced to spend another 2K plus to buy a new mattress simply to get a good night of sleep.

Delivered less than a year ago for my bedroom at my sisters home that I visit occasionally. Noticed within 5 nights (non consecutive) the mattress had a bit of a sag while sleeping on the left, right or dead center. The sag has turned into a deep hole within less then 20 nights of sleep. For reference I have been the only one sleeping on this mattress and I'm an average height male at 5'9" weighing 185 lbs. Also, the mattress is not used daily, roughly 3-5 days a month. This mattress causes severe lower back pain and discomfort due to the extreme lack of support that I believe is caused by inferior memory foam in the pillow top. I have rotated the mattress several times without any improvement. If you are looking for a supportive, quality mattress this isn't the one for you. This mattress sleeps like an 8 year old mattress at a 3 star hotel. Very dissatisfied and disappointing with a brand that I believed was the pinnacle in mattress quality and technology.

The mattress is a brick and not what we were shown and tested on the showroom floor. You better do your due diligence and educate yourself thoroughly on mattress types, materials, and design for the type of sleeper that you are. This estate euro pillow top mattress is absolutely not for side sleepers. We will be exchanging it as soon as the 30 day window opens and likely will not stay with the Stearns and Foster line, but instead we'll go to Beautyrest. Best tip: buy direct from manufacturer

Just a note to make sure that Rita and Athens Alabama helped me she is wonderful. Also the delivery man were especially nice. I have a lot of back trouble and this mattress helps me sleep better and wake up without a back ache.

I had such high expectations for this mattress based off of the reviews but maybe they were too high. This is our Third major brand mattress purchase in a year and a half. I have
trouble sleeping so I really wanted to love this mattress just like everyone else. I'm about 4 weeks in and just hoping that my body is still adjusting. As of now, I'm just still on the fence. I just can't really say that I see anything special about it that makes it seem any better than the others but willing to give it more time because I'm so hopeful that it will get better. I can say it's extremely heavy and I cannot change the sheets without my husband's assistance. That might be helpful information to someone.

i bought this mattress almost two years ago and it is already showing indentation and settling. i called stearns and foster to make a claim but was told they could not do anything for me because the mattress did not have any tags on it. i know i did not remove any tags from the mattress and i believe the mattress was delivered w/o tags. i spent more than $3,000. and they refuse to help me in any way. that is bad business practice and i would not recommend this company or anyone buy a S&F mattress as it definitely not worth it. terrible customer support!

Although, our previous mattress was still in great condition, once laying down to sleep on this Sterns & Foster Lux Estate Soft Pillow Top Mattress, paired with the Flat Foundation 5", we knew immediately we had made the best decision to ensure that great nights sleep. Very comfortable from the start, in all areas of the mattress. Pricey decision, yes, but to wake up refreshed and rested, that is priceless. LOL … plus upgrading size from a queen to a king, our pups enjoy the extra space, making the entire family happy.

I heard sterns and foster mattresses were top of the line.
My old matress left me with a sore back every morning when I woke up.
