I wake up with body aches I regret wasting my money and I am stuck with it. Customer service also sucks! They just want your money. I will not purchase a Stearns & Foster mattress in the future and would not recommend due to poor quality and customer service was terrible.

I wanted to love this mattress. It felt wonderful in the store. At home, however, it feels like a totally different mattress. I wake at night with back pain and my arms sometimes go numb. I have never had this issue before. My husband also complains of this from this mattress. I went out of town for a weekend and the symptoms went away and returned after laying in my bed. It feels as though the bed caves in the middle when both my husband and I sleep on it. he is 220lbs and I am 130lbs, so this definitely should not happen. I should have returned it, but just missed the return window.

After only 3.5 months I am noticing that the pillowtop becomes too soft and unsupportive that I am experiencing back pain that wakes me up at night. For a mattress that costs thousands of dollars, this should not be happening. I reached out for an exchange and they will not let me because it is past the 90 night trial. Mind you, it's only half a month past the 90 trial. Plus, I am asking for an exchange not even a full return and they won't even let me do this. This is horrible service on top of poor product. I will not be buying from this brand in the future.

I purchased an Estate 14.5" Plush Mattress, queen prime, in February 2023. For over three years I have dreaded changing the bedding. And turning the mattress. It is SO HEAVY. My back hurts for at least a day or longer. As for sleeping quality, it is okay. Nothing spectacular to brag about. It's a mattress. When I purchased it, the weight of the mattress never crossed my mind. Never thought about it before, but if I live long enough to need to buy a new mattress, I will certainly take that into consideration. Not recommended for senior citizens or challenged individuals.

Our second Stearns & Foster mattress. We went with the firm for our backs.we had a pillow-top before and after 14 years the pillow portion just wasn't hard enough. This firm has been terrific and put our backs back into n shape!!!! Both of us being over 80 years, made this mattress a God-sent!'

People I'm sleeping!!!!!!!! This mattress is so comfortable I'm sleeping like a rock! And I am so happy I got a king size! I can spread out and not bother my better half! The mattress is firm which I like and my husband was a bit concerned because he like his mattress softer, but I heard no complaints about this mattress from him. I would recommend this mattress to anyone and have! The price was expensive and it was the only downside, but well worth it in my mind because gosh darn it, I'm sleeping!!!!!

A year ago I purchased a different brand mattress, and it quickly became uncomfortable. So after much more research, and bed testing, I decided to go ahead with the Sterns and Foster Queen Lux Estate Soft Pillow Top! It is the most comfortable mattress I have ever experienced! My hips are what typically kill me at night after having babies, and this mattress has seriously changed my life! I now sleep without pain, and my husband even moves throughout the night on his side, and it doesn't wake me! Its changed BOTH of our lives. Good sleep for both of us makes us better partners in life and better/happier parents and that alone... has been worth it! Investing in our sleep has been life changing and we're so happy to have found this mattress! Even my Oura ring tells me how much better sleep I am getting! I purchased a Stearns & Foster Estate Soft 15" Euro Pillow Top Mattress in July of 2023. The 1st mattress delivered was all uneven from the start. With the extended warranty I was able to exchange it. The 2nd mattress was better for about a year and it started to sag. Now this expensive mattress that I've only had 3 years is sagging really bad in the middle. These are horrible mattresses and NOT worth the money! Very uncomfortable!

I did call your mattress expert after sleeping on my cousin Stearns and Foster. I gave the person all the details, tag information, etc. but I don't think I got the same quality or at least not the same mattress that my cousin has so it is a nice mattress…. the delivery men were fabulous, but it's not exactly what I wanted.

I ordered 2 sets from and outside vendor a queen and xl twin long.. I am bringing up this issue with the xl twin mattress.
1. Ordered firm and I did not realize the name ultra firm is harder than a regular firm mattress. I felted like laying down on concrete. Asked for a firm pillow top but received soft pillow top. Not good at all. I guess I have to order a new mattress or work with my vendor again to exchange it for firm pillow top, Due to back and health issues, we decided to invest in a good quality Stearns and Foster mattress with the adjustable base, but I am unhappy with the results with my XL Twin mattress Due to being so soft,
I have to be extremely careful getting in and out of bed.

We were impressed with the quality and comfort of the Estate tight top medium from the first night. We had no trouble adjusting and are sleeping well! It's very heavy, which takes a little practice changing sheets and tucking the blankets but well worth it.

The mattress was great, however Im in my eighth year the pillow top has pillared and my back is killing me when I wake up. I turned the mattress and it was fine for about a month. I need a warranty rep to come check it out. Very disappointing as this mattress was very expensive.

I've always purchased stearns and foster and had my last one for 10 plus years. I expected the same quality this time; however, even with the 30 day trial, it is too uncomfortable and I find it like sleeping on a plywood board. I've since requested an upgrade exchange for the Lux Estate with pillowtop. Farzan, mgr at 3632 Lee Hwy in Arlington, Va. has been exceptionally helpful.

Let me start by saying our experience with Stearns and Foster was fantastic from start to finish.
We recently replaced our 10 yr old Stearns and Foster with a new Lux Estate Pillow Top Firm. Delivery was really quick. The mattress is sooooo comfortable! The pillow top cradles me while providing tons of support. I look forward to going to bed every night, and dread having to get out of bed every morning. Could be my age, but I believe it's this new mattress.

I love this mattress so much! My last mattress was old and I knew I needed a new one because I was regularly waking up sore. I wanted to make sure I replaced it with a good mattress so I spent literal months researching before deciding on Stearns and Foster. I've had it for almost three months now and I still can't believe how great I sleep. No more aches and pains and I legit always wake up feeling so refreshed. Who knew brain fog and irritability can be fixed with a good mattress? I wasn't sure about soft or firm, so decided to just go with the medium tight top, which turned out to be just right.
The funniest part is that I'm not the only who loves this mattress. My dog is constantly lounging on my bed now. I used to have to pick him up and put him into bed when it was time to go to sleep, but now he's trying to get me to go to bed super early every night!

My husband could not use our former mattress/foundation without physical assistance and a step-stool to get in and out of bed following spinal surgery. Also, because the former mattress was way too soft, he couldn't change position himself in bed without assistance. Changing over to the Estate Firm Tight Top mattress and a new foundation was the perfect answer to allow him to get in and out of bed and re-position himself in bed without any assistance. Anyone needing spinal surgery should evaluate their current bed products and make any necessary changes before surgery to avoid the discomfort that my husband experienced. Thank you Sterns and Foster, now my husband and I can actually get the necessary sleep for healing!

This is our second mattress within 4-6 weeks. Replacement mattress is doing the same thing as the original mattress. Same model. Same size. A long hump from top to bottom runs from head to toe of mattress and is sunken down where both sleepers lie. We have only slept on this mattress from July 19th to August 4th (today). Funny both mattresses are doing the same thing. You can even see it when the bed is made up. Take your hands and run from center of bed to outer side, and you can feel the camel hump. Should have stayed with Serta. Not good.

The first 4 months the mattress was good. Then about 6 months in my lower back hurts so bad I can barely walk. Not sure what I can do the mattress is 8 months old at this point but it was a 3k mattress. I regret this purchase , I wish I had went another direction. The first Sterns and foster I bout 10 years ago for another bed was amazing, this one not so much. It was bought for a split king, and one of the mattresses is an inch higher, the quality standard is off when 2 of the same mattresses are not even the same height. The one my wife lays on is a full inch taller than mine, it looks like maybe a layer is missing in my mattress.

I purchased this mattress in pillowtop firm because my previous Beautyrest was a plush firm and it lasted for 10 years until I started feeling the springs. I assumed since I had owned one of the older versions of Stearns and Foster 20 years ago (before the memory foam craze) and loved it, that I would try the firm pillowtop. What a mistake…I wake up throughout the night aching at all sorts of pressure points. It is like they forgot the top comfort layers and I'm sleeping on the springs. I think I am going to call them and see if they can exchange it for the medium firm version.

I have had this mattress for a few weeks . I didn't want a memory foam mattress. I wanted it to have springs, I thought that would give me a firmer mattress. It feels like my old mattress. Mattress is lumpy and appears to have uneven filling which makes it hard to roll over. Slumber land who sold the bed uses a third party inspector for its warranty service. This inspector does not listen to our specific complaint and only reports what the company instructs. Hector the inspector admits he will only do what the store instructs. He is not interested in customer questions. Very disappointing. Slumber Land not interested in our concerns. The product is definitely defective.

We had been putting off getting a new mattress for quite a while, thinking it probably wouldn't make that much of a difference in our sleep quality.
Sterns and Foster was always our "dream mattress" of choice.
We finally stopped dreaming about it and purchased one, and wow are we happy with our new mattress!!
It's very comfortable and we sleep so much better. It really is one of the best purchases we've made!

We were clueless that Stearns and Foster's quality had undergone change since merging or being bought by Temperpedic. We and the generation prior to us have had Stearns and Foster mattresses for YEAR and YEARS. Well worth the investment.
HOWEVER, we bought a Studio Tight Top Medium 3 1/2 yrs ago and it has been HORRIBLE! An expert in our upscale furniture store, 3rd generation owned, recently told us Stearns and Foster has not made the durable 20 yr Latex mattress that last 25-30 yrs since becoming part of the the Temperpedic family in 2017.
NO WONDER we are so dissatisfied!!! They still have the high price points but don't be fooled. FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED. DON'T BUY THE STEARNS AND FOSTER PRODUCTS ANY MORE. Ours is leaving our house tomorrow for a local used furniture store. FINALLY!!! Should have done it 4-5 months after purchase. I've sent photos to exercise my warranty; but, no response after 4 tries across 2 months.

My whole life I've slept on an inner spring firm mattress and I love a firm mattress. As I've gotten older, I need to sleep more setting up than laying flat. I think you should be advised that the Well spring mattress does not accommodate the adjustable frame as well as a foam mattress. It doesn't want to bend if you have a significant angle, which is the purpose of the frame that moves. Keep your feet up in your head up your advised when they deliver it that you should return the mattress to a flat position every morning it doesn't do well saying in the adjusted state overtime. The springs are not designed to bend. The sheets that came with the set in the pillows were extremely nice, but when you adjust the bed because it's or rigid than a foam, the bending where the curve is a bit pressed it makes the bottom sheets wanna pop off you really need a bottom sheet with the elastic straps that go across the width underneath the mattress to keep them from punching up after a night or two. I'm also after only a couple months starting to define that the mattress holds indentations I rotated from one side of the other and a queen I sleep in the bed alone I even sleep in the middle sometimes, but the indentation is definitely there you expect that with a foam mattress but not with a firm coil mattress that's very disappointing. The white glove delivery was very good. I have to say overall I was expecting more for such an expensive mattress and frame.
