We have had this bed for about a month now and don't know what we did before. We purchased it with the EASE Power Base and cannot stop talking about how much we love it. Sleeping through the nice without waking up to have to switch positions because we are that comfortable all night long. My husband used to have to go out to the recliner every night. That has also stopped. It has helped with my snoring as well. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this product.

From the first night I never got a good sleep. Toss and turned all night long. Matress sagged from night one and zero support. It's been 85 days and I'm exchanging for a down grade. Just shocked for 4k what a terrible mattress. I've down graded to Estate Firm Tigh Top. We shall see.

The mattress edge has good support and makes it easier for
My handicapped husband to get in and out of bed. For me the pillow top helps with aches and pains and sleep is so much better.

Approximately two years ago, I bought this mattress. I do have another stearns and foster which I absolutely love. It's my twin mattress in the guestroom. I This mattress is the king size for me. It is the worst mattress I've ever had. I wake up every morning with pain shooting down my legs and in my back. It is already indented in. It is so heavy. I would highly recommend never buying this mattress and I still owe money on it and seriously I've been sleeping on the twin bed because that was so much better.
Here I thought I was investing in the best mattress and the old eight-year-old beat up mattress I had was more was better than this one.

I purchased the Fairmont Signature bed after having the best nights sleep ever in one of their hotels. After a brief break in period, the bed is heavenly and I feel like I'm at a fancy resort. Outfitted with white cotton sateen sheets to be just like a hotel stay.

I am always so exited to get into bed and stretch out and feel the luxury softness. I also have the adjustable base and it is perfect in the zero degree setting. I love that I can hit a button and have it lay flat in an instant or if I suffer from heartburn in the middle of the night I can adjust the head of the bed to be slightly elevated and my heartburn/acid reflux goes away. This bed has been an absolute blessing and it was well worth the 1-week delivery time. I absolutely LOVE it. 100% I would buy this bed again.

We have had our bed for 7 nights. The first thing that I noticed was I did not tossing and turn all night long. I have had a back lumbar fusion so most nights I roll around a lot!
Today was my day off. I normally wake up 6am. Today I slept in Until 7:30! Thank you stearns & foster!

My husband and I purchased this bed awhile ago and 5 months into having the bed my husband started to sink in his side of the bed and I continually roll into him because of the way the bed is sinking in. It's not comfortable at all where ever I lay in the bed my body hurts and is sore I've never had this problem before. My husband is having more back pain then before and we toss and turn all night trying to get comfortable on the bed. We bought this bed because of the reviews on back pain and how it's such a great bed. This was very expensive especially to be sinking into the bed with a hole so to say where we sleep 6 months later. Customer service is also hard to get ahold of with the issues I'm having.

I had to return a "luxury firm" mattress prior to buying this one because the other mattress was not, in fact firm the way I need it to be & it made my back sore. This Stearns & Foster mattress is really as firm as it claims to be & is built well. Plus, the top surface was smooth & lump-free, which is important on a firm mattress. (That cloud-look texturing you see in some mattress pillow tops is terribly lumpy to sleep on if you get a firm mattress.) I expect this mattress will last a long time.

For years I've always wanted a Stearns & Foster mattress and this was my first experience purchasing one. I called directly and spoke with an agent and inquired about comfort levels and asked for advice on which would be the best for me. I told the agent that I wanted firm and supportive yet comfortable and I didn't want to sink into the bed or for it to be hard for me to get in and out of the bed. Unfortunately, this specific one was exactly what I didn't need. I tried to give it a little time, but as time has progressed the mattress has begun to sink in further and I can feel the springs in the mattress poking me and I feel lower back pain sleeping in it. This is not the quality that I expect, especially at this price point. Feeling as though I do not have much of a choice right now, I'm going to try a firmer mattress in the tight top in hopes that it will be better.

This mattress has given me a whole new sleep experience. I chose the medium pillow top and it is perfect for me (prefers a firmer mattress) and my husband (prefers a soft, sink into it, mattress). We're both happy and sleeping like little angels.

We purchased this mattress 2 years ago and at first it was great. After 2 yrs of sleeping on it even rotating it is sagging really bad. We tried to use the warranty and because the tag was off the mattress (not sure who removed it) they denied the claim and we are stuck with a 2 year old luxury mattress that sags really bad. Wouldn't buy this product again!!!!

So far so good! I'm 6', 210 lbs and I needed to replace my previous mattress that had developed sagging "hammock spots" that exacerbated previous back injuries. However, these spots developed over a 15 year period (mattress had a 10-year warranty!)
I'm hopeful that this mattress will last as long? It came with a 90-day return policy but I'm confident that no problems will appear before 90 days. I did not receive any sales invoice, or paperwork listing any warranty applicable to this mattress which leaves me uneasy about this purchase. As I said, so far, so good, but I hardly think I've had an adequate amount of time to come up with a valid and reliable judgement! I'd appreciate some documentation regarding a warranty and think a follow-up in 5 years would be more appropriate!

We were very happy with this mattress for the 1st year or so. Then deep impressions developed even with rotating the mattress. This mattress, after 3 years, is so uncomfortable that both me and my husband wake up with backaches every morning. We contacted the company and were told to take picture after picture of the mattress in various ways. Every time they wanted another picture showing the impressions. The pictures clearly showed the deep depressions. After months of this, they told us we had no warranty claim and to get lost. I would never, ever recommend buying a Stearns and Foster mattress unless you like throwing away this kind of money on garbage that the company won't stand behind.

About 1 year in the mattress started becoming uncomfortable. The mattress has dips/indents on both sides where we sleep, and a hump in the middle. We rotate the bed 4 times a year. Both my partner and I started having a tough time sleeping through the night-- waking up with pins and needles / different parts of our body falling asleep-- shoulders, arms, legs. We started waking up with aches and pains in our shoulders or hips or ribs or back. The mattress started out amazing. Now the couch is more comfortable than this mattress. For almost $4thousand dollars not including the special base and frame it requires, this mattress was a huge disappointment. Now looking to replace it and feeling foolish for wasting so much money on a "luxury mattress" that we were hoping would have been comfortable for at least the 10 year warranty minimum. Highly recommend a different mattress-- not this one.

I'll be honest, it took me a couple of nights to make the adjustment from a worn-out 13-year-old plush foam mattress to the Lux Estate Elite Pillow Top Medium, but I think that's normal. My body wasn't accustomed to sleeping on such a high quality, well-built mattress. Now that it is, the improvement to my quality of sleep has me wishing I had upgraded a few years ago.

I spent so much money on this mattress and after maybe 2 months it already started to sag SO BAD. It hurts my back and neck so bad and I cannot afford a new mattress and I passed the trial window. I slept better 9 months pregnant in a hospital bed. I have rotated it several times and I try and sleep in the middle and both sides every couple of days to even the wear. I also am only 115 lbs

Coming from an old memory foam mattress, I was having trouble sleeping for far too long. I opted for the Lux estate in medium and it's the best of comfort and support all packed into one. I track my sleep on my watch and the quantity and quality of my sleep immediately improved. Needless to say I've got my life back because of this mattress, waking up refreshed on a regular basis again!
